    Just had an experience with a sales rep and I must say he’s very very unprofessional and rude. We were looking for a filter for our fridge and had some questions about it. I didn’t get his name but he’s short, bald head and black (no racism intended I’m black too just describing him). He was the rudest. We asked a question and he got a water filter that we were not comfortable with. It seemed smaller than the one we had at home. He started getting so rude and irritated with us. It was really not called for as we were just curious and were not rude about it. He just walked away and said “I REST MY CASE! This is the right one” and walked away from us. How rude is that?! Sales associate are to be helpful and kind to customers. If we were being rude and loud and acting unreasonable I would understand his behaviour but we were just curious customers having questions about a product. How can he just walk away from us like that? So rude! I really wish I had his name because I would have made a report but didn’t want to cause any issues with him (I have a soft heart for other making a living) but he was very very rude to us. We just went over to Lowe’s and got much more accepting reception to our needs and questions. If you need help do not go in appliance. Very rude customer service! Very very rude
