    In November I purchased a used truck from Paul Hill of Planet Ford. As an out of town customer I relied on Paul and had to trust what he told me about the vehicle was accurate. I was not disappointed. Paul was extremely helpful during the entire buying process. He took the time to answer my emails and phone calls and worked around my schedule to accommodate me. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was exactly as described. Amanda, the Financial Services Manager also deserves a shout-out as she was also very helpful. Paul also took the time to ship items I had left in my trade in vehicle back to me. I was very pleased with my experience at Planet Ford and would not hesitate to do business again. Thanks Paul!

    I cringe at the thought of having to deal with this dealership. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house which is the only reason I go there. I had various issues with the service staff in the beginning of this year regarding a sound that my car was making. I brought it in to be looked at and was told that they had fixed the issue. I drove my car home and realized that the sound had in fact not disappeared. When I went back to the dealership they "fixed" my car, and once again when I went home the issue had not been resolved. When I went to Planet Ford for the third time I was told that the issue they had been looking at was in fact not the issue at all and the parts I needed would be about 6-8 weeks and that I would have to wait. I waited nearly 10 weeks before I had to call and ask what was going on with the parts that I needed. I was told " Oh someone should have called you last week, we have your parts". When I brought my car in again I was told that I could be taken home in the shuttle and picked up when my car was done. I appreciated this because I had things to do at home and an event to prepare for in the evening. I was told my car would be ready at a certain hour which was about 4-5 hours after I had dropped off my vehicle. Once it had reach the hour I was told my car would be ready I gave the dealership a call to see what was going on since I had not been updated. I was told that there was only one service representative working and that he would give me a call back. After 45 minutes I called back again and was told the same thing. At this point it was well over the time that I was told my car would be ready and I had to attend an event. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong and that extra time may be needed but I strongly believe I should have been notified so that I could have planned accordingly. I had a relative drive me to the dealership so I could see for myself what exactly was going on with my car. I was told that they would need my car over night because they needed a part to be ordered in order to fix my car.

    After this incident I told myself that I would not waste my time dealing with the service department at Planet Ford because there was clearly something wrong with the communication and customer service but unfortunately I returned today. The initial stage of my experience was fine, the service department was very helpful and my car was seen very quickly. It wasn't until the receptionist handed me my keys and I asked if someone would be able to follow me outside to simply look at my car with me, just to ensure that the problem had in fact been resolved, that I received an extremely low level of customer service from the service department once again. From my history with the dealership it seemed like the smart thing to do and I knew it would only take a few minutes and I was willing to wait for someone if they were busy at the moment. The receptionist rudely stated that the car was fixed, and that could never happen here while looking at me as if I were crazy for asking this. I then explained that it had happened before and she repeated what she said. I did not have time to argue with her over this so I proceeded to ask a service representative. When I asked the service representative the same question, I was then greeted with an eye roll and a scoff, once again as if I were crazy and had been asking for too much from the service staff.

    The customer service at this dealership is unacceptable and appalling. I have had customer service jobs before and I have never made someone feel as if they were not appreciated or had the nerve to roll my eyes at them for asking a question regarding their property.I work hard to afford my car and I do not feel as if the service department appreciates me as a customer. I do not recommend taking your car to this dealership at all. Avoid it if possible.
